GENERAL CONDITIONS

 

RESERVATIONS AND REGISTRATIONS
The reservations for the journeys made by NOMADIA shall be made in the offices, over the telephone and via Internet. The registration shall take place against deposit effected amounting to 30% of the total price and a concluded “contract for organized tourist journey with a total price”. The final payment shall be effected 10 days prior to the date of the journey unless specified otherwise.

NEEDED DOCUMENTS
Abroad
You need a foreign passport or an identity card – with a term of validity of 6 months, the relevant exigible amount of money per day and medical insurance for the countries which we travel to visa-free countries. For children under the age of 18 traveling without their parents notarially certified parental consent for departure abroad is needed; if the child is traveling with one of his parents, the consent of the other shall be needed. Border authorities require a copy of the declaration.
Bulgaria
Foreign citizens who wish to travel in Bulgaria must get informed about the visa regime of their country with our country.

RESPONSIBILITIES
NOMADIA shall bear responsibility for the quality of all the services included in the program.
NOMADIA shall not bear any responsibility for changes in the time of journeys, delays, cancellation of flights, changes of flight timetables through the fault of the airline carrier or adverse weather conditions as well as when force majeure circumstances have occurred.
NOMADIA shall not bear any responsibility in event of returned tourist by border authorities or non-observation on the part of the tourists of the laws of a given country, irrespective of the fact whether they are acquainted with them or not.
NOMADIA shall not bear responsibility for the categorization of the hotels proposed in the offers as they were categorized by the authorized authorities in the relevant country. The categorization of the hotels is made on the basis of local criteria and it is possible that it will not meet the requirements of the standards in the EU.
As a rule the accommodation in the hotel is made after 14 hours on the day of the arrival and the vacation of the hotel rooms is performed until 12 hours on the day of the departure.
NOMADIA does not bear any responsibility for missing valuable possessions, money and other belongings from the hotel rooms. In such events the tourists must lodge their claims on the spot to the relevant persons.
The commitments of the guides of NOMADIA are organizational – to keep a watch over the implementation of the program, to solve problem cases arisen and to facilitate the communication and the coordination.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, RESERVATIONS AND CLAIMS
All rejections from traveling shall be made in person, in writing, in the office where the registration was performed. The default penalties which are deducted from the full amount in event of rejection on the part of the tourist shall be as follows:
– within up to 30 days prior to the date of the journey – without default penalties.
– from 29 to 20 days prior to the date of the journey – amounting to the deposit.
– from 20 to 10 days prior to the date of the journey - 50% of the total value of the journey.
–from 10 to 5 days prior to the date of the journey - 80% of the total value of the journey.
– less than 5 days prior to the date of the journey - 100% of the total value of the journey.
NOMADIA may cancel the journey if the minimal number of tourists has not been gathered. The minimal number of passengers is indicated in each specific program. NOMADIA shall be obligated to inform the registered clients in event of cancellation of the journey not later than 10 days prior to the date of the departure. The deposit shall be refunded and the agency shall not owe any default penalty.
Claims about the preliminarily announced and paid services may be lodged in writing within a term of up to 3 days after return from the journey. NOMADIA shall be obligated to present its standpoint with regard to the claim lodges within a term of up to 15 days.

PRICES AND PAYMENTS

The prices of the programs shall be valid until 20.12.2008, unless specified otherwise. They are defined at a fixed exchange rate of 1 EURO = 1.9558 BGN. NOMADIA shall be entitled to make a change in the price of the organized journey in accordance with the procedure stipulated in the clauses of Art. 34 of the Commercial Code. The increase of the price shall be possible but not later than 10 days prior to the day of the journey with the availability of one of the following reasons: in event of rise of the prices of fuels, in event of a change in the value of the transport expenditures, an alteration in the amount of the fees related to the journey, change in the currency exchange rates arisen after the signing of the contract. If the client gives up the journey due to an increase of the price, he shall not owe default penalty between the 30th and the 10th day.

INSURANCES
NOMADIA shall insure its clients with insurance covering medical expenses as a result of an accident or acute disease. In events of special kinds of insurances or such exceeding the mentioned amount, the client shall be notified in advance and the specialized insurances shall be included in the price.

FORCEMAJEURE CIRCUMSTANCES
The Agency shall not bear any responsibility in events of: adverse weather conditions, complicated road situation, natural disasters and emergencies, cancellation or delays of flights, problems with border, airport authorities or with other authorities of the public order in the relevant country or resort, changes in entrance fees or working time of the cultural – historical monuments, technical problems and emergencies with motorcar vehicles during journeys, difficulties caused by mass activities /strikes, riots, celebrations of national or religious holidays/, wars, as well as phenomena and events which may not be foreseen and prevented.
